Mixing Magic

I've really taken a liking lately to the Mailbox Magazines available for check out at the library. I tried a simple idea the other day with Amelia from the magazine. She was not too impressed, but I like how it turned out. Its perfect for hanging in her playroom for future reference on mixing colors.

Amelia dipped her left hand in blue paint and made a print on the paper. Then, she dipped her right hand in yellow and did the same thing. Then, she rubbed them together and through "magic" made a new color--green! That print (obviously) went in the middle. I really thought the magic part would get her, but not so much. We may give this another try down the road....
