Festival of the Little Hills

The annual "Festival of the Little Hills" was this past weekend in St. Charles.  Its always a fun time with good food and lots of tents filled with crafts available to buy.  I will say that most of the items are actually more "craft" than "crap", but that is, of course, a fine line.

Amelia went on Saturday with GG and her friend, Linda while Jason and I were in KC.  The word on the street is that Amelia picked out something for her room that she will be getting from GG for Christmas.  We took Amelia back on Sunday and mostly window (tent?) shopped.  The only purchases we made were some yummy festival treats like kettle corn and fresh-squeezed lemonade. 

After walking around we decided to stop and watch a juggler on the way back to the car.  Amelia was quite impressed!

The best part of the day was that it wasn't 150 degrees out like it normally is.  Instead, it was a cool 83--now that's something to cheer about!
