Living the VIP life!

After the Dave Matthews VIP tickets (that included VIP parking and bathroom privileges) my dad scored, I felt like I pretty much owed him my first born child.  The seats were amazing and he got two more at the last minute which allowed us to share the concert with our Dave-crazy friends, Amy and Trey.  And unbeknownst to us, the seats came with free snacks, beer, and water (for us unable to consume the adult beverages).

And if that wasn't enough, along with the DMB tickets came VIP Cardinal game tickets as well.  Again, there were four, so we shared the experience with Jason's brother and my mom (my ticket-scoring dad was out of town).  Along with our Cardinal Club passes came a parking pass that left our car mere steps from the entrance to the stadium.  We arrived early to partake in the free buffet inside the Club.

Here's a little pre-game story time picture.

Once we arrived in our 5TH ROW seats (nice view, huh?) located directly behind home plate, we immediately took a look at the menu placed in our cup holders.

As it turned out, our rock star seats included free, unlimited food and drink--everything from peanuts and popcorn to quesadillas, hot dogs, and nachos.  There was also plenty of dessert options on the menu including fruit bars, huge cookies, and Edy's Dibs ice cream balls.

Sure, Amelia spent some of her time watching the game.....

But most of the night was spent indulging in the many snacks that came our way.

mmmmm...nacho cheese!

Seriously, aren't these seats amazing??

A little more game watching before indulging some more.....

Don't get me wrong, Amelia wasn't the only one partaking in the free food.  GG had her fair share too!

A certain dad and uncle also had a bit of an understanding with the waitress that brought all of our goodies.  Every inning she brought each of them a beer as well.  It was really a fun night and surprisingly not too hot---or maybe it was just the free ice cream and the lemonade keeping us cool!

That is SO awesome! Great seats, indeed, and who can pass up free amenities like that!
